Beyond the Numbers:
Transform Financial Transactions into Connections
My workshops help financial planners and advisors understand:
-
why your most intelligent clients make emotional money decisions,
-
why your best recommendations sometimes go unimplemented, and
-
how to bridge the gap between a solid financial plan and actual client action.
If you've ever been confused by a seemingly illogical reaction to your logical explanations, this is for you.

Understanding the psychology of money isn't just helpful...
It's essential for practice survival.

What's the urgency?
The financial field is changing with the rising power of women managing finances.
-
Women control $10 trillion in U.S. household financial assets.
-
Women are expected to inherit $30 trillion in intergenerational wealth transfer.
-
70% of women leave their financial advisor within a year of their spouse's death.
Moreover, many women feel underserved by male financial advisors because they often don’t address their emotional and relational needs around money.
Picture this:
A successful executive sits in your office and takes a deep breath. "Look, I need to be upfront - you're the third advisor I'm meeting with," she says quietly. "I've been carrying this credit card debt and when I finally got the courage to tell the others... let's just say I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I want this to work, but I'm not sitting through another painful lecture."
How do you respond in this pivotal moment to build trust instead of triggering more shame and saying something that could cost you a lifelong client?
If you are having trouble connecting with or retaining women clients, this is for you.

About Me

I am Dasha Tcherniakovskaia, JD, LMHC, a Certified Money Coach,™ a financial therapist for couples and individuals, and a Psychology of Financial Planning Specialist.™

Drawing on my background as both a corporate lawyer and a therapist, I specialize in helping financial advisors understand and retain their women clients.
These insights arose from countless conversations with female clients who shared feelings of being unheard, dismissed, and overlooked by their financial advisors. It was disheartening to see even the most technically skilled professionals struggle to connect with women during pivotal life transitions or in family meetings.
With over 10 years of experience in couples and individual therapy, I bring a unique perspective to the financial services industry.
With my tangible strategies, I empower advisors to create more inclusive and emotionally intelligent practices that better serve women clients while building stronger multi-generational relationships.
